New 970,000 gross square foot, 641-unit mixed-income affordable housing community set on 3.5 acres in the Melrose section of the South Bronx.

The three block-long development was constructed in phases and features eight buildings, 50,000 square feet of commercial space and includes a day care center, a new 15,000-square-foot supermarket and onsite parking below grade with 400 parking spaces.
