Project Key Features
New, 61,000 square foot, 6-story core and shell building with retail and office space including provisions for a commercial kitchen. All spaces were designed to be suitable for temporary occupancy and were fully prepared to support all future retail/commercial/office tenants. The building systems consisted of VRF Heat Pumps (hyper heat type) condensing units located at roof and 1st floor rear yard and cassette indoor units located at every floor.
