Sherman Creek is a new 620-unit, 605,000 square foot high rise building in the Inwood section of Manhattan. Two residential towers will rise 17 and 29 stories above a common two story podium which will house 70,000 square feet of retail containing a new supermarket, restaurant/food court, gym, and commercial office space. The development will include a section of the continuous public esplanade along the East River planned as part of larger Inwood rezoning initiatives. The project is also being design to meet LEED Gold Certification (v4 MFMR).
