New multi-use building consisting of a 17-story tower with 290 units including market rate residential rental apartments, 58 affordable housing units and ground floor retail space. The design accommodated provisions for a 2-story, 53,200 square foot, college preparatory school for grades 6-8. Building incorporated green sustainable features such cogeneration units, high efficiency boiler, water source heat pumps to achieve certified LEED Silver rating.
