Trinity Elementary School

The design was for the replacement of three existing oil fired boilers to, two new dual fuel (combination oil/interruptible gas) fired boilers for heating and the addition of a new gas fired domestic hot water heater at the existing Trinity Elementary School. The design incorporated the addition of new gas fired rooftop electric air-conditioning with gas heating units for the building’s proposed addition. The addition consisted of new classrooms, kitchen and dining area and is approximately 36,000 square feet. The project was completed in 2002.
