Project Key Features
New, 10 story, 92-unit, 51,000 square foot affordable housing for homeless veterans and homeless youth between the ages of 18 and 25, with “a special focus on LGBT youth.” Building features include community rooms, computer access including free Wi-Fi, office space for social services, landscaped outdoor space with seating furniture, laundry facilities, full-time 24-hour front desk security coverage and an on-site maintenance staff and property manager.
