The project is located in the Historic District on a quiet residential street of Bayshore Long Island. The building is a 2-story 100,000 GSF senior’s residence that incorporated an existing single family residence into the lobby portion. Heating and air conditioning is provided by gas-fired incremental air conditioning units. The building amenities include emergency alert system, individual thermostat control, private dining room, outdoor dining space, on-site parking for residents and guests, salon and barber shop, fitness center, physical therapy room, and media room.
