Major renovation of the 12-story building, 432-bed nursing home at Bayside’s Ozanam Hall. The project accommodated the renovation of over 250,000 sf of floor area which included the reconfiguration of each floor of the nursing home to provide more open space and make it easier for residents to have access to facilities. The project added about 10,000 square feet to the building for a second service elevator, dining, recreational spaces, bathing and laundry areas. Renovations were managed by RC Dolner Construction which consisted of a multi-phased approach to maintain a ninety-five percent resident occupancy rate throughout the project.
