The project is located amongst the marinas of Brooklyn’s Mill Basin. The building is a 3-story, 98 unit, 75,000 GSF senior’s residence that is an enriched housing/assisted living facility. Heating and air conditioning is provided by gas-fired incremental air conditioning units. The building amenities include emergency alert system, individual thermostat control, private dining room, multi-season porches, sun rooms and library. The building is designed with an onsite emergency power system.
