Project Key Features

Riverwalk is an approximately 1.2 million square foot, 19 acre planned community on a waterfront setting. Community includes nine buildings and 2,000 new units of housing, a new central retail commons at the subway station and new recreational facilities for all of the island’s residents. The first seven residential buildings have been completed, along with the new Main Street, new ball fields and retail and childcare facilities. Ettinger Engineering Associates is the MEP/FP engineer of record for Building numbers 1,2,3,4,5, & 7. Design and construction over rock excavation, constructing over a subway tunnel, variable sub-surface conditions, and the extension of utilities to previously un-served areas.
