Scoping study to allow the redevelopment of an operations facility for the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the subject address. Efforts involve the creation of three schematic designs for conceptual new building designs. EEA scope also includes coordination of a schematic level LEED Kick-off Meeting and establishment of potential LEED targets in consideration of the three design option under development.
