Project Key Features
Unit-ized condominium conversion within an existing 12-story Landmarked building. Conversion scope included the addition of a new 2-story Penthouse and addition of fitness, laundry and children’s room facilities to the basement. Our MEP design was specifically tailored to the needs of this Landmark. As an example, new facade penetrations were severely limited and kept to a bare minimum. Special consideration was also given to phasing and existing riser allocation/modifications and more.
