As one of the 17 new high-rise buildings being developed at Atlantic Yards (a.k.a. Pacfic Park), B3 is a new 22-story, 305 unit residential rental apartment building with 80% market rate and 20% affordable housing rental apartments. The building is approximately 340,000 gross square feet above and below grade, contain approximately 20,000 square feet of retail/commercial space at the grade level and a healthcare/gym facility at the 2nd and 3rd floors. The building also includes a 73 car parking garage.
