Second phase of the Gateway Elton affordable housing development within the Fresh Creek Urban Renewal Plan. Three residential apartment buildings with 175 total rental units. 202,000 GSF including 24,000 Retail. Designed for LEED for Homes Platinum and Enterprise Green Communities, with 314,000 watts of Solar Photovoltaic Energy. This project is the recipient of the 2015 NYSAFAH Project Of The Year, and the Building Brooklyn Affordable Project Of The Year 2016.
