Project Key Features

Riverwalk is an approximately 1.2 million square foot, 19 acre planned community on a waterfront setting. Community includes nine buildings and 2,000 new units of housing, a new central retail commons at the subway station and new recreational facilities for all of the island’s residents. The first seven residential buildings have been completed, along with the new Main Street, new ball fields and retail and childcare facilities.

Riverwalk Crossing is part of a development encompassing 19 acres with approximately 2,000 market rate full-service rental apartments on a waterfront setting.
