A1 Building

Address: 11629 Seaview Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

The A1 Building is 6 stories and approximately 82,000 square feet with 65 residential apartments including the cellar level with self-service and commercial parking spaces on the cellar and first floor levels, approximately 6,000 square feet of lobby, common area and exterior recreational spaces. MEP design will support Enterprise Green Communities certification and EEA scope includes lighting design throughout.

A2 Building

Address: 911 Erskine Street, Brooklyn, NY

The A2 building is a 9 story, 307,009 square foot building with 267 residential apartments and parking and retail spaces on the cellar level. The first floor is comprised of outdoor uncovered parking and two retails spaces approximating 14,400 and 20,100 square feet. Indoor and outdoor residential amenity spaces of approximately 4,000 square feet on the second floor. MEP design will support Enterprise Green Communities certification and EEA scope includes lighting design throughout.
