It features underground parking, gym, green roof, outdoor patios, media room/children’s playroom & 8,000 square feet of retail space. Tapestry conserves energy and supports the health of its residential community featuring green roofs, rainwater harvesting system, high efficiency mechanical systems, ENERGY-STAR rated appliances and fixtures, Low-or-no VOC paints/primers and formaldehyde-free materials.
LEED Gold Certified, designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities criteria, participant in NYSERDA's Multifamily Performance Program (MPP).
