Located in Central Harlem, the project is a new 9-storied supportive housing with 29,000 gross square feet. The project includes 51 residential unit, residents will have access to community space equipped with an industrial kitchen and fitness room, computer learning library, laundry room and an outdoor terrace at the ground floor.

The project is being designed to certify with the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities and NYC Overlay. The project is also on track to comply with the ENERGY STAR Multifamily High-rise Program. The project will also enroll in Energy Star’s Portfolio Manager to document requisite energy utilization benchmarks post occupancy.
