New 11-storied affordable housing building that is 155,000 gross square feet. The project provides 179 residential units with 9 mobility impaired unit and 4 hearing/vision impaired units. 404 parking spaces are provided at the outdoor parking space.

The project is being designed to certify with the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities and NYC Overlay. The project is also on track to comply with the ENERGY STAR Multifamily High-rise program requirements. Whole-house building energy simulation will show 15% energy cost savings as compared with ASHRAE 90.1-2013. The project will also enroll in ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager to document requisite energy utilization benchmarks post occupancy.
