Project Key Features
Cottage Gardens / School 6 is the first phase of a master plan to redevelop Cottage Gardens Public Housing. The project consists of two new buildings with a total of 168,000 GSF, one with 51 units for seniors and the other 70 apartments for families ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. Designed to meet LEED-Silver certification and NYSERDA. The original arched entryway of the previous school has been preserved and incorporated into the new building.
