Project Key Features

New, urban development affordable housing project including low, moderate and middle-income housing on a 30 acre waterfront setting and is the biggest affordable housing project New York City has completed in the past 40 years. The project is comprised of 1.4 million square feet of residential and retail space and provides 1,400 apartments as well as a school for local kids.
