Project Key Features
Two new, 11-story rental apartment buildings totaling approximately 200,000 square feet including separate lobbies, ground level retail, commercial space, two large outdoor recreation areas with adjoining community rooms and kitchenettes and parking. The 279-unit project also includes an early childhood center and parking for 35 vehicles at grade.
