Project Key Features
Phase 1 of the Sea Rise development is this 14-story, 177,000 square foot supportive housing building with 200 apartments including 1,600 square foot supportive office space. The project is pursuing Enterprise Green Community 2015 compliance with the NYC HPD Overlay. As part of its service offering, EEA is providing MEP/FP design services, sustainability program management and field verification services, energy modeling, DOB Commissioning, TR8 inspections and TR1 inspection services.
