Amenities include ground floor retail, community health center, gym and parking set on 1.5 acres. Sustainable features include 66 kW building-integrated photovoltaic system, onsite cogeneration, green roof, community vegetable gardens, green interior finishes, rainwater harvesting and drought tolerant vegetation, the development is LEED NC Gold certified.
